We built Pune Ganpati Darshan to help visitors, not to collect personal profiles. This policy explains what happens on your device and what we do not do.
What we collect
In the current version, Pune Ganpati Darshan does not require an account. Your saved routes, journey progress, language choice, and similar preferences are stored locally in your browser or app storage on your device — not on our servers.
Location
If you allow location access, it is used only while you use the app (for example, to suggest nearby stops or open walking directions). Location is processed on your device for these features. We do not build a server-side history of where you have been.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use your data for targeted advertising profiles. We do not share your saved routes or progress with mandals or third parties for marketing.
Content and data ownership
Mandal descriptions, route suggestions, and other curated material in the app are maintained by us and remain our property. You may not copy or redistribute this material for commercial purposes. Public festival information is presented for convenience only.
Third-party services
When you open external links (for example Google Maps for walking directions) or when maps load tile providers, those services have their own privacy policies. We do not control how third parties handle data after you leave Pune Ganpati Darshan.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. You can clear local app data by removing the site data from your browser or uninstalling the installed app.
