Terms of use

Last updated: 30 August 2026

By using Pune Ganpati Darshan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Pune Ganpati Darshan is

Pune Ganpati Darshan is an independent, non-commercial guide to help visitors plan walkable Ganeshotsav darshan routes in Pune. We are not run by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with any mandal, trust, government body, or festival committee unless we say so explicitly.

Permitted use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial festival visits. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish, or commercially exploit mandal listings, routes, timings, text, images, or other content from the app without our prior written permission.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own safety, belongings, and conduct while visiting mandals. Follow queue rules, local customs, photography restrictions, and instructions from volunteers and authorities. Walking routes and times are estimates — allow extra time for crowds, weather, and road closures.

No guarantees

We try to keep information useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of mandals, routes, maps, or timings. Festival schedules and access can change without notice.

Our content and ownership

The app design, curated routes, copy, branding, and compiled data are owned by the Pune Ganpati Darshan operators and protected by applicable law. Mandal names and public festival facts may belong to their respective communities; we present them only for visitor guidance.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may block misuse of the app where necessary.
